For ProEda’s customer service too, reliability is of paramount importance. Operating malfunctions caused by wear, incorrect operation or wilful damage are eliminated by the trained technical staff of our stand-by service with its fully equipped service vehicles.
In addition, ProEda systems have an Autocall self-diagnosis system that transmits error logs straight to the service centre. The system software is also updated on-line. No system knowledge is needed for downloading programs so that no expenses are charged for travel and vehicle mileage. Replaced parts and modules are overhauled at the factory and redelivered with warranty coverage. It goes without saying too, that spare parts for ProEda systems remain immediately available even years after a sale.
